THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Takealot has the worst customer service ever, for an online shop they give the worst experience!!! I logged a return on the 27th of November and they delivered a damaged couch, it’s the 29th of December and they still haven’t collected the item! I have been calling in every day to follow up on the matter but all they keep doing is escalating the matter, on the system it says the matter is closed but it’s not! No one have called to schedule the collection, instead i e been calling and waiting for a consultant for over 15min with my own airtime! This is NOT THE FIRST TIME and I want nothing to do with takealot and I will make sure I spread the work to my friends and family so they can also stop shopping from this company!!!! The worst experience ever!!!!! They should just shut down!!!
