The worst customer service, EVER!!!!

I purchased a salon dryer brush from takealot in August. I received it and everything seemed in order, during the first use the dryer stopped working. I followed return protocols and dropped it off at the nearest warehouse to me (Anderbolt, Boksburg). I waited one week and no one had communicated anything to me until I sent an email. After a while I received an email to say my order will be replaced by 22nd October. The replacement order was then delivered to the capetown warehouse and I was expected to pick it up, obviously this makes no sense. After alot of phone calls ( that no one returns), as well as emails (that no one reads) and Facebook messages (that no one reads). I finally received an email this morning to say I will receive a replacement order, I specifically asked for it to be delivered to the anderbolt warehouse, however the delivery address is now my home address and no one will be home on the apparent delivery date.
