The Worst Customer Service

I was told my order would arrive on 03 August. It didn’t. Not only that, but Takealot **** on their tracking website and said I wasn’t home to receive the order but I was. I communicated with them and the delivery moved to 04 August. I waited the entire day and I received no communication. My order has been rescheduled to 05 August with no explanation as to why. I have spent a lot of time and money on this order and the service or lack there of is very disappointing, because I have supported Takealot for years now. I am extremely frustrated. I do not feel valued by Takealot as a loyal customer. This has definitely left a stain. My order: #***.
