The worst customer service

They sent a email telling me about a delay this was very dissapointing. Now I am struggling to get transport to their warehouse as it's not in a easily accessible area. They blatantly refuse to help . My request is not that they deliver it to my home address my request is simple. That they just transfer it to their Cape town Call centre as I could collect it when I am at work in the area.
