The worst and dishonest

The worst with dishonest employees, its been 3 days without receiving my order no one has ever contacted me however they just update on their side that i am not available to receive my order while all this time i am at home waiting for them.This is not the first time because sometime last year i had to cancel the order. I ordered something for my sons birthday but it has passed still no gift, no call, no apology just lies and disappointments
