The wheels seems to have fallen off at Takealot!

I placed an order with delivery indicated as "receive by 6 March". It is mid day on 5 March and the items have not even been shipped. My request to Takealot support had a response "we will get back to you shortly" and the next is receiving an email asking me to review the finalized request. Obviously a bad review as I'm still waiting for an answer. The return process for another item has no response either.
