THE "We are only happy when you" are statement, is just wool over everyone eyes.

Dont believe a word takealot tells you, it is all smoke and mirrors. The simple truth is that they have grown too big too quickly. What really happens in the background is that they treat their sellers (the guys who actually sell the product to you via Takealot) like *******. They charge a exorborant fee and send damaged goods back with no reason. And in the front end dont even refund you the end user. They mix products up, deliver incorrect items and they cant be held accountable. They keep the buyers money and send the seller broken items back. The only winner here is Takealot. They are sitting with commisions from sales plus end users money. How else do you explain the massive warehouses that have suddenly popped up everywhere ? They simply cant refund all the botched orders. Some customers simply give up because you cant get anything resolved and viola, the complaint fades away and they are sitting with money they dont deserve.
