The totally rude driver

Dear Takealot Team,

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your delivery drivers today. Despite being a long-time customer, the driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn't greet me and responded with a rude tone. Furthermore, he assumed it not mine when I wanted to get my ID to receive the items he then told me to "just take my stuff" without any delays he shuved it into my hands and drove off

I feel undermined and disrespected
