Take a lot is the puts of the pits, this place will make you feel like you are not worth it as a customer.

I logged a return last year for a faulty item, I then forgot to include the remote in the box - after a week of trying arrange collection we agreed on doing collection of the remote this year on the first week, it took me 2 WEEKS to find an agent that understands, on the 19th the remote was collected and now I'm trying to follow up, I'm told by 5 different agents how they are all trying to follow up with the warehouse.. That is over a month of a logged and lingering return, a month of incompetence and run arounds.. To whom do we speak??
