The TAKEALOT customer care circus ! Terrible company

Customer service is appalling ! God forbid ANYTHING goes wrong with your order and you require speaking with an intelligent human being to resolve a fairly simple matter. They do not exist at TAKEALOT returns / customer service Centre.

A parcel I ordered should’ve had two items in it. Only one arrives in the sealed box. Trying to get the second item has turned into a 6 day (and counting!) ordeal with no end in sight and zero care factor from the takealot staff! Unbelievable... I will look everywhere else for my future shopping items BEFORE returning back to Takealot.

I would advise against anyone buying online to go with takealot!
