the spoilt christmas gift : the now second hand Huawei p8 at a brand new price

<p>I had ordered the huawei p8 from takealot. To my surprise a guy from another street in my area comes and delivers my parcel with a broken seal and the phone seal is also broken . Trying to contact fedex they say there is nothing they can do and trying to contact takealot is like getting through a brick wall ....they just put you on hold . Their email system just gives back a standard retrieval email. About 15 mins after the FedEx guy comes and I refuse to sign for the parcel as it is a second hand phone . I am very upset. This was my husbands Christmas gift. What a spoiler</p>
