The only company in SA that you are not allowed to contact...
The only company in South Africa that does not want you to contact them AT ALL!!! Send them an email, get an automated reply telling you that emails will no longer be responded to, and you should rather fill in a form in the Help Center. Click on the link, all you find is Frequently Asked Questions. Click on Contact Us, get a FAQ telling you to fill in the form under "Contact Us" in the Help Center... THERE IS NO FORM WHEN CLICKING "CONTACT US"!!!!!!!!
How does a business as big as Takealot think it is OK to not have any means for their customers to make contact with them???

How do you justify the price fluctuating by more than 100% in a matter of days?!
One day I pay R550, then next week the price is R1000. Other retailers have the exact same product for R630, constantly, so how can you charge R1000?!
