Epic Fail on Customer Service - Avoid Takealot 😡

Ordered a product for collection. The region experienced flooding but I took a chance and went to the store which they had closed without any communication. I emailed immediately and was promised 10 extra days to collect - which they conveniently said it wont appear on the app bit was actually never added to begin with. Then, on the last collection day, they cancelled my order first thing in the morning, mind you the day before I was told to ho try the store it will be open and i will get my parcel. Did I get it? No.

They are refusing to refund my shipping costs which isn't optional - it's owed.
