The Most Useless Online Store With Zero Customer Service

Bought a car battery charger on Tuesday, estimated delivery time was Thursday. I check on Friday, the order shows that it is delayed, I call Takealot trying to find out what is the delay and when can I expect it, I'm met with customer service consultant with a bad attitude and no help she can offer, mind after waiting for 20 minutes on the call. I regret ever buying something from this useless online store and you should think twice before buying something from them. If you can get it from a regular store don't buy it or maybe try another online store with better customer service. Remember, you'll have to dig around to get their number as well, it's not on their website. And when you finally get it, you'll regret wasting your airtime calling them.
