The most pathetic service

I return a keyboard purchased from Takealot in January for a replacement/repair as there is a warranty of 24 months on it. Its been two months now and every time I call I get a different story.

To list a few: I get told that the supplier is unreachable, the supplier is busy with repairs, the supplier sent the keyboard to the warehouse and the takealot is awaiting feedback from the warehouse, The warehouse then sent the keyboard to a local supplier for repairs.

We have even asked them to cancel the return and just send us the same keyboard back. We do not want a refund as we purchased this keyboard on special at R2000 and now the price of the keyboard is R4000. It makes no sense to take the refund. Takealot just needs to return our keyboard, we can get it fixed ourselves no idea why they advertise false 24 months warranty when we sit with this issue.

Extremely unsatisfactory service.
