The most pathetic level of service

It seems that this company do not want to engage with their customers. Their service levels have recently gone downhill in a very big way, and they do not answer there so called customer care line and when I got hold of NASPERS, who apparently own Takealot, they have no way of putting you in touch with any management. I have been a customer for many years but after this experience, I think the time has come to avoid doing any business with them, they are well demonstrating why one shouldn't do business with them. Merely communicating by email or social media isn't enough.
