The most pathetic customer service EVER!!! :(

They schedule delivery for 27/10/2022 and I had to make arrangements to stay at home. then they re-schedule for the 28th without giving a reason yet still failed to deliver. I had to call them to follow up over 6 times today and I was promised callbacks that I did not get. I was assisted by a man whose name I forgot, then a lady by the name of Lethowethu , a lovely gentleman called Brandon who actually called me back and tried to assist, and the most bungling “team leader” Christele Saban

They couldn't deliver because one of the items was lost in transit yet they failed to inform me of this before requesting to speak to management Brandon called me back again and advised the driver would deliver before 7pm tonight and guess what? Of cause, there was no delivery. I requested to pick up the items myself and I was advised it was not possible. I am flabbergasted by such laughable service
