THE MOST HORRIBE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED

I ordered a Hair Brush( the Magnitude hairbrush) for my wife. I placed a order expecting to get it in the week of my anniversary however only to receive an empty box with nothing inside.I immediately gave it back and asked them to process a refund. I waited approximately 12 days only to get a phone call to advise me that they have now issued a credit on my takealot account which i did not ask for. I asked for a refund. It took them 12 days to contact me after i sent them almost 10 emails chasing up on this matter. On the call i asked for specifics, i asked for my refund to be issued immediately and compensation. The lady i spoke to Sipho advised that she would sort it out and her line manager would attend to it immediately and that she would call me back by 3pm today. I did not receive any call, but an email stating that the refund has been issued NOW ONLY and i need to wait 3-5 working days. No call to me about compensation as promised or anything.

PATHETIC!!!! Service i would not recommend anyone to tolerate such **** service and get **** to you and them not sticking to their word. This would be the last time i purchase from Takealot.
