The most appaulling customer service ever!

I had the most appaulling customer service from one Chantel who is an employee at the Bloemfontein Take a lot branch.She diverted an urgent order from Superbalist which was due for delivery on 28 Jul 2022 today 29 Jul 2022, from Bloemfontein to Kimberly without notifying me.She went on the app's tracking program and fabricated a lie saying i wasnt available to receive the parcel and they couldnt deliver as a result.When i inquired she was bitterly rude, dismissive and went as far as shouting and hung up. I have since laid a complain with Superbalist.
