The meaning of REFUND

<p>Ive been a customer of takealot for years now.Every time I return a product I request a refund not a credit note a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the past there was only one option ie credit your account but they have since updated this to also include refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since returned two products both of which I requested a refund to my card surprise surprise both of which has been credited to my takealot account!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I ask as a loyal customer*** HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST I GO THROUGH THIS ITS BEEN YEARS OF THE SAME ****</p> <p>IF YOU CANNOT GET SOMETHING SO BASIC RIGHT I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT YOU</p> <p> </p> <p>REFUND MY DAMN MONEY AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT</p>
