The frustration of waiting forever for an order to get delivered.

I don't understand how is it that Superbalist and Takealot are pretty much the same thing yet Takealot takes so long to deliver orders whereas Superbalist is so quick with orders or ia it the couriers that are messing....?

I made a payment on 8th and now it's the 13th and my order still hasn't been delivered yet and something strange also happened, my order seems to have been divided into two one delivery that was initially scheduled for the 13th has now been pushed to the 14th and another for the 17th.
