The Fall of Giants

After a very bad experience with goods not returned to me I decided to give Takealot another try. After research on products I needed their prices were the best. However there seems to have been a downward spiral in their systems in that my parcel was scheduled for delivery on 2 Dec. I called Takealot as well as the couriers Fast and Furious and had no results . I then received an email saying there was a problem with my address and I had to supply them with the coordinates. Really. I then sent them a detailed explanation of how to get to my address as well as a screenshot of the map. I have been shopping with them for years so my only response is the bigger the corporation the less attention us paid to service. Lesson learned is don’t fall for the price rather pay the extra amount and get good service.
