The extra mile

Hi there, it is interesting to see how companies handle their business when given certain circumstances.

I live in a complex and got a call from the security office saying it is Takealot and I confirm with security that it is my number they are looking for. He says yes and I say then it is OK to let them in. I also do business with Takealot. Since they have not arrived at my door, I assume it was just a ploy to get in. Amazing to see who "goes the extra mile" for what they need. A small thing, but sorry Takealot, but no integrity in this case.
