The End of Takealot

When Takealot started I was one of the few people who supported and defended online shopping. I have to say that this has changed, i will never order from takealot ever again, I will stick to the old fashion way of just walking to the mall and pick up what I need. My order was opened before it got to my house and the were items missing. The box was not even wrapped. The return process is pathetic, I've been waiting for 4 days for someone to collect the package and my money is nowhere to be found. I am done with Takealot, it's meant to be easy and convenient but the headaches.
