The driver got hijacked with my order now my order is out of stock

I ordered 3 items including a 43" TV from TakeALot. I paid and app**** for a TV licence. I received an sms saying I should expect the delivery on the 31st July. I waited till late at night. I then received an email saying the driver was hijacked and I have an option to have a replacement order processed. I ask for a replacement and I was told the TV was out of stock. I went to their site and bam the TV is in stock but no longer on special. Wow I guess I'm stuck with a TV licence and no TV. My option is to top up the money I paid so I get the TV again. Why is this my fault as a customer???
