The downward spiral of Takealot's customer service

I have purchased from takealot religiously over the years and the past few months has been absolutely disgusting. Currently I am sitting on my fourth order being 'lost' or ******. the customer service has dropped significantly in assisting customers with these issues. you logged a problem and then get an automated response with "its been escalated'. These responses are cut and paste because nothing gets done or an employee emails back saying "as per discussed..." when in fact no phone call took place. I have complained on social media and logged multiple calls and still nothing. honestly I do not see myself ordering from Takealot anymore.
