The delivery that keeps delaying

I am writing to formally complain about the continued delays in delivering my order #***, which was placed on 30 January. Despite following up numerous times and receiving repeated assurances, the delivery has not been fulfilled as promised. I was most recently informed that the order would be delivered today, only to be advised once again that it has been postponed. This ongoing lack of reliability is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I am now requesting that my order #*** be delivered first thing tomorrow morning, without any further delays. Please confirm this urgently. Should delivery fail again, I will expect immediate escalation and an appropriate resolution, including a refund or compensation. I trust this matter will be treated with the urgency it requires.
