The definition of insanity - deliver 3 days in a row to a closed office

I placed an order that contained an article that delayed delivery by about 4 weeks. I eventually asked for the order to be split, so I could get the rest of the order. takelot did that efficiently and then delivered, to my work address last Fri. So much time had passed, and we at short notice had closed our office due to the 4th wave, that I forgot that I had specified my work address - my mistake. The delivery guy called, I explained, and he said I should contact takealot to change the address. I did, they confirmed it had been changed, and true as nuts on Mon they again delivered to my work address. Another call from the delivery guy, I explained, and emailed takelot - no reply. Todays (Tue), you guessed it, a 3rd attempt to deliver to my work address!!! And still no response from takealot. The incompetence beggars belief.
