the decline of a once great company

Placed an order a week ago. After delivery date was moved twice, I had to contact takealot to ask where my order was. Without any explanation takealot simply credited my account for the order amount. If I knew that takealot cant deliver as promised I would have made use of a different more reliable supplier.

Once again takealot helped me miss an "unmissable deal"
