The customer is never right according to Takealot.

AWEFUL I ordered a Carolina Herrera 212 VIP Eau De Parfum fragrance which is NOT cheap, but was I was sent the Eau De Toilette - which is basically water and doesn't last longer than 5 minutes. The fragrance was a gift to my boyfriend. He opened it thinking it was what i ordered, threw the box away, and used the fragrance for 2 days. He told me the fragrance barely lasted, and he was not impressed. The quality of the bottle was disgusting too. I took the bottle to Red Square and realized I was sent the EDT (which can only be seen in fine print under the plastic non-magnetic lid). Takealot refuses to accept a return and exchange the fragrance. I understand that is was opened, but how the hell was my boyfriend to know what EDP/EDT means and how the hell does one easily tell that it is the wrong fragrance without trying it, opening it or reading the tiny, barely visible print inside the ****ty lid.

I'm disgusted.
