The Customer does NOT count

I am absolutely appalled and at Take alot.... I have been trying to place an order -- as I have done countless times...... I refuse to pay ON LINE and I think that should be my prerogative..... I requested banking details to complete my order and was told that I HAVE to pay ON LINE -- What????? I am deeply unhappy with this --and refuse to -- That they would be SO "verkramp" about it -- is beyond me!!!
