The best South African business I know

What a spectacularly run organisation! I ordered a table runner and place mats and when they came I realised they weren't what I'd hoped for (entirely my mistake). I asked for a return and Takealot picked them up THE NEXT DAY and refunded me WITHIN 3 DAYS of that. I have lately had so much bad service and apathy from South African businesses that I felt I absolutely had to put a Takealot rave review here. So refreshing that they get any issues resolved immediately. This removes so much potential hardship and distress from from your customers, let alone your own employees. If you were just mediocre you would still be loads better than most organisations, but you've chosen to be head and shoulders above the competition. TAKEALOT ROCKS!
