I have been ordering from takealot.com since before lockdown and their service has been impeccable! I must say though that their service got even better during lockdown. On Friday, I placed an order in the evening and it was delivered on Monday morning! how impressive is that? Well done takealot.com.

I wish that you could teach the big retailers how to handle online shopping. I have never been disappointed by takealot.com even when I was dissatisfied with the product, they would be swift in exchanging or refunding me. It is indeed very refreshing to have an organization that puts the customer first like they do. Keep up the great work takealot.com and thank you!
