The BEST online company to deal with

I bought a phone from Takealot in November 2015. Unfortunately after 4 months, it just stopped to charge.<br> <br> I emailed your customer services department and got a reply the same day! Thanks Marvin Wareley! Talk about efficiency!! This was on the 29th March.<br> <br> On the 1st of April I got a call in the evening, to inform me that the package will be collected by the courier on Tuesday the 5/4/2016.<br> Today, the 6th of April, I got notification that the phone has been received and in for evaluation.<br> <br> At 19h08 on the 6th of April, I got an email informing me that I will receive a refund.<br> <br> What more can I say? Takealot IS the BEST online company to deal with. They have the BEST service and very helpful.<br> <br> Thank you to each and every staff member for your excellent service.
