Off the charts amazing service from takealot, thank you team for your amazing service. I've purchased a few items in the past and it always goes my way. The issue with the stats is that so many people use the service and don't rate it unless something goes wrong. Last week I ordered a cooler box and it arrived on the day promised. I noticed a defect in the molding so logged a return on Thursday, within hours I received an emailed confirming this and instructions to carry out. By the end of the day I was told an exchange unit will be deliver before 13:00 on Friday. Friday morning I get an update, it'll be before 17:00, but my company closes at 15:00 so I emailed a query. Kayla Reid sent me a very professional email explaining that they cannot guarantee the delivery before 15:00, but a message was sent to the driver, and assured me that if its late, they will reschedule for Monday. At 13:00 I called in to takealot and spoke to Cresswell Cupido, again I received the most professional service. I was told that the driver was delivering one parcel before mine, and gave me an ETA. 30 minutes later I've got an exchange unit in my hands. Takealot some how manager to dance around a hugely complex logistical nightmare delivering thousands of goods from thousands of suppliers across the country, but still have time to take my call about one little cooler box and treat my return like it's the most important thing they have to do all day.
