Thanks To You, My NewBorn Baby wont have a Safe Place to Sleep

<p>We purchased a baby campcot on takealot, once all our baby's room renovations were done, we finally opened up our baby campcot, only to realised there were missing parts, which i have called takealot and asked to send just those parts, now they say i have to send back the entire campcot as they dont have stock of this. The whole process takes way more than 2 weeks, my son will be delivered on the 7th September 2016, where must a newborn baby sleep now? we do not have the budget to go and buy a new one while waiting for takealot to get back to us. I was going to buy his c****at aswell from you guys, but my wife and I have changed our minds because we are scared that it might not come complete and our sons life will be at risk yet again, thanks to inefficiency on your part, I would like the campcot delivered upon collection of return goods. i have the packaging etc... so can someone call me and sort this out, I do not want to deal with Ayesha or Umr please, i want someone senior to call me because they could not tell me yesterday that i must log the return, they told me they will refer it to be logged on my behalf. I want my baby's flippin cot delivered on the same day you flippin collect.</p>
