Thanks for spoiling my festive mood!
We purchased a pair of shoes on [URL Removed] as a Christmas present in November. After the gift was opened, we discovered that it was one size too small. As we were on holiday at that time, and did not have access to a computer, we could not log a request for exchange. We did so on the very day we came back from vacation. Now they decline our request to simply exchange the product for the right size - I don't even want my money back. I got a unhelpful reply from their customer service representative saying that they \have to follow (their) policies and procedures"and that the products is out of the 30 days return window. Surely they must have foreseen that some people would buy presents in November and might want to exchange it after Christmas. Chain stores like Cape Union Mart was more than willing to exchange a shirt we bought as a gift in October for the right size early in January"
