I’ve been a loyal customer of this company since 2015 But Mishkay who sent my refund to my outdated banking account after I provided my current ones very clearly Has single-handedly changed my opinion to disgusted. She says its my fault Or that “the system” did it

Where is the management? Do you grasp how inept the people are that are handling our money? It will take me hours to deal with a bank and they will pass the buck back to the PERSON how threw my money into their void.
