Thanks for Nothing

Order Books for our mens camp on the 7th of Feb.. Order receipt stipulated that the goods will be delivered within 9-11 days.. Its been 16 days already.. Goods not shipped yet. After phoning and pleading with them that I need the books before 15:00 for camp today... They said they will get back as soon as they got feedback and will try and deliver before 15:00. Guess what.. no feedback whatsoever.. Men has left for camp without material and I look like the Idiot.. Thanks for nothing
