Thanks Alot for the Continues Delays

Why not give users the option of a different product that will prevent this delays in orders. This is the 3rd consecutive order of mine that has been delayed for some reason. Do not sell a product that is not in stock. Why can you not give us the option to choose a different product similar to the one causing the delay.

As this is the 3rd time, I'm afraid this is the end of our Journey. I will no longer do business with this company. The overall service was excellent but this delays is starting to become really annoying. I will rather buy items somewhere else in store where i will have no delays.
