I would like to thank, Somaya Armino and Ashton Carelse for your help, this is the quickest and easiest that I have ever been assisted in sorting out a problem... ever!!!!

Lets be honest... he service in our country really isn't great, and I always have to await a very long time and sometimes have to hold on for 30 minutes before speaking to someone, when phoning call centers and places who are supposed to render a service, but with my particular issue, I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone in total, and sent one email... Thank you Takealot and Team, and a huge Thank you to Ashton Carelse who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly on the phone. I was such a happy customer when my problem was dealt with head on.
