Thank you takealot for ruining Christmas for my children!!

<p>We will not be at home this year for Christmas, we will be celebrating with friends in Johannesburg. I decided that instead of packing the car with secret toys for the kids I would order from takealot making it mush easier... Well so I thought. My order delivery date has been changed from 23 December to 11 JANUARY! How do I explain to my children why there aren't any gifts under the tree? I can't get hold of them on the phone, via email I was told I may not cancel my order and they also can't even deliver what they have and the rest at a later stage! I am angry beyond words! Disgusting service, I will NEVER use takealot again</p>
