I would like to say thank you to Takealot for amazing service always. I recently purchased a smar****ch, unboxed it, unwrapped it and had to return due to the catch being defective. I was worried and bothered me, cause I already opened and unboxed it but Takealot credited me and for a person who hates to return stuff it was a big deal for me.
