I have been buying from Takealot for many years and never had to return any product. Recently I bought nonstick pans from them and subsequently ordered glass lids for the three pans. It was delivered and when I opened the package, the largest lid was broken. I followed the return instructions on their app, and to make a long story short, the same time that they fetched the broken lid I received the replacement. If that is not excellent service I do not know what is!!!! Thank you Takealot I will keep on doing business with you and recommend you to other people.
