<p>I've been struggling with TakeAlot to process a refund into my account after they cancelled an order and first game me store credit. I requested for a refund and was informed that it will take 3-5 days. When I enquired again I was informed it will take 5-7 days. After numerous back and forth e-mails I finally got to Melissa who within an hour profided me with enough information to confirm that the refund was processed, and I was able to follow up with my bank.
