I placed an order on Monday for COD, this morning I phone and they say COD is not possible, I went and paid it in at the bank. Called back and spoke to Washiela, I was screaming and shouting, but she stayed cool, never raising her voice!!! She said she will see what she can do and will call me back after 2, which she did and she also went out of her way to get my parcel still delivered to me today!!! WOW, this girl needs an increase or promotion guys! Excellent people skills and very polite. Thank you once again Washiela!!!
