I love Takealot but today I do not like them at all.

YET ..

I am but a drop in the ocean when it comes to Takealot and there customers and orders and I also know this is a complain site but I do not know where to thank 3 people.

Customer service is a rough business but these 3 helped me today like CUSTOMER SERVICE is going out of fashion. I still feel though I need to get a R500 voucher for the INCONVENIENCED caused by Takealot and I will not elaborate (3 TIMES).

My greatest and biggest WELL DONE, GREAT JOB GOES OUT TO *FRANK* the effort he took to escalate my situation and to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE ... WOW made me proud to not have lost faith in good service or going the extra mile.

I come from a call centre environment and I know customers can be MEAN, I was not and will never be mean yet I have to say once I complain, You really took my patience to far.

FRANK - i don't know your surname but do not ever loose your passion for customer service ... well done and I am super proud of you and I don't know you.
