I was dissatisfied with takealot with missing components from an item on my order and after a three day period of no feedback I left a complaint on hellopeter. The very same day Melissa from the complaints department at takealot phoned me but I was unavailable at the time, the following morning she did get hold of me and went above and beyond what I expected to resolve the problem.<br> <br> Thank you so much and it is much appreciated. I got a entire new item sent which now has all the components it should have had and the collection of the incomplete item will happen today after I already received the new one... that is amazing and the persons who went out of their way to help, really appreciate it so much!
