I would like to thank takealot for its service delivery. I have used it many times with no complaints just compliments. Today I went to collect my order at Big Bird and I was late by 1minute. The staff member most notably Mr Jimmy, still allowed me entry and quickly assisted me without issues. I appreciated that alot! I will continue using and recommending takealot just for these small things that matter
