Thando from takealot gave me a voucher instead of my money back

Takealot doesn't have what I want, I returned their product and they gave me a voucher claiming I'm not eligible for my money I mist get a voucher which I must use within a month. My initial purchase was R1064, which I used a 500 voucher in the purchase. I returned goods worth 428 and I asked for a refund. But instead they take my money and say they regenerated my voucher. So now they are forcing me to buy from takealot even though I've explained to Thandi that takealot doesn't have what I'm looking for. Worse of all their voucher is valid for a month. Before I used it was better coz it was valid for 3 months. How desperate can you be? If this is what they do to force people to buy from them, then this is pathetic. You are teaching me that next time when I get a voucher I should use it separately. Lesson learned!
